Nutritional Therapist DipCNM;
My interest in health and nutrition started in my early thirties, after I had been unwell and an operation had left me reacting badly to many foods and never feeling well.
I looked for answers for many years and finally found them after I consulted a Nutritional Therapist who worked with me on a programme that resolved my health issues.

I continued to learn all I could about health and nutrition in my spare time while working full time in the corporate environment. Here I was able to see the effects that a fast-paced, stressful environment has on the body and digestion over time.
I finally decided to study Naturopathic Nutrition and Naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine so that I would be able to make a career out of my interest and use my knowledge and experience to help other people.
I am fascinated by the power of food and the impact it has on the body. Many people are unaware of just how much food choices affect them. I am really passionate about digestive health, the impact of stress on the gut and how it affects the rest of the body if it is not working properly.
I work with people who have all sorts of issues including indigestion, heartburn, bloating and constipation. They may be stressed and tired and have come to accept an uncomfortable gut as something that they have to live with. I help my clients to find the root cause of their problems and support them in making sustainable changes that work with their lifestyle.
As a result my clients are able to take control of their own health and feel great again
CREATE A RETREAT WITHOUT LEAVING HOME
For many, a spa day is the perfect way to relieve stress and feel special. Those hours of pure pampering are the ultimate indulgence, but when a spa trip doesn’t quite fit into your schedule (or your budget!), there are plenty of easy ways you can recreate a relaxing spa-like experience at home.
