I believe we are at our best when our mind and body are in alignment but modern day living can make this very difficult. We are busy and stressed and this can lead to food and lifestyle choices that do not support us. Over time this puts huge demands on the body often resulting in health issues. It is the body's way of telling us that things are not right but it is difficult to spare the time to listen. Now is that time.
